This photograph comes from our company archives and was taken in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina in Gulfport, Mississippi. The Waffle House #319 building was completely lost to the storm.

Amid the widespread destruction, our Spartan Standard contour booths remained standing in the background. While this image reflects the extreme forces structures faced during one of the most destructive natural disasters in U.S. history, it also demonstrates the resilience of our products.
