Our Club Series wood booths features an upholstered back pad and a sinuous spring seat, built for commercial environments. Constructed with a hardwood internal frame and reinforced base for long-term use in high-traffic settings. Available in standard or custom lengths, with a wide range of vinyls, leathers, and fabrics to match project requirements.

  • Heavy-duty plywood frame with reinforcing corner blocks for superior structural stability
  • Steel-reinforced spring seat system for lasting support and comfort, not foam-only construction
  • High-density CAL 117 rated foam in both seat and back for firm, supportive cushioning that holds its shape over time
  • Multiple support layers including sisal deck, Versare spring cover, and cotton batting to create a smooth, even seat surface
  • Thick plywood seat and back panels to prevent flexing, warping, or frame fatigue
  • Solid wood kick base for added durability in high-traffic environments
  • Protective vinyl base wrap shields the frame from mops, cleaners, and foot traffic
  • End and center ribs glued & stapled to wood rails to prevent rocking or structural loosening over time
